LEMONLIGHT — WHEREHOUSE
product design, UI/UX design and research

last september, during the iya professional practices residential, i collaborated in a team of five to reimagine internal systems for lemonlight, a world-class video production studio trusted by over 4,500 brands including amazon, toyota, airbnb, google, and rolex. we worked directly with their executive team — visiting their studios and speaking with the ceo, coo, and cco — to understand the operational friction behind fast-moving creative work.
with just two days to deliver a solution, and as the sole designer on the team, i led the product design from concept to presentation. we discovered that the challenge wasn’t a lack of talent, but a visibility and coordination gap — systems that hadn’t evolved at the pace of their creative scale. our solution focused on bridging creative and operational workflows, reducing cognitive load, and giving teams clarity without slowing them down.
